The interview process at Thinkle varies based on role and candidate, but our standard process looks like this:

For technical & product roles you’ll be given a take-home-assignment.
We include this to minimise bias and make well-informed hiring decisions. We think seeing a candidate’s work helps us assess how they might actually perform on the job; similarly, the assignment gives candidates a better idea of what their work at Thinkle might entail.
You'll have a conversation with either the founder(s) or the team lead. This round entails both technical (live-coding in few cases) and culture interview.
