The role in a nutshell:

As a foundational AI/ML Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the direction of Thinkle’s AI-powered career advancement tools.

This role involves hands-on development and implementation of advance machine learning models, Recommendation systems, LLMs, as well as influencing the strategic decisions we make in our technology development.

You will be part of the founding team, working directly with the founders to create scalable, efficient AI solutions that address real-world problems for millions.

📍Location: Thinkle HQ, Wazirpur, Delhi (WFO role)

💵 Salary: 8 - 12 LPA as per your experience

What we’re looking for:

• Deep familiarity and hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT (developed by OpenAI), Claude (by Anthropic). ****You should have experience fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and designing agents or pipelines to leverage LLMs at scale.
• Experience working in time-series modelling, sequential data processing, transformers, RNNs, and GRUs.
